Along with all of that I got lots of little baby clothes and some accessories that we will need lots of anyway.. (some I left at the Old Navy though, and have to wait for them to ship to me :S - oops)
I also got a HUGE amout of Maternity Clothes!!
So that means... so far we have got...
The crib, The bassinette, Travel System, and Bedding.
Hand-me-downs from Ben include:
A swing, playpen, jolly jumper, Tub, Diaper Champ
We already have picked out -
The Dresser-Change Table Combo and the High Chair - just have to order it.
So - next month - we will be ready for this little baby! Minus a few things that we will more than likely get at the shower, or afterwards.

Big Day in the O'Brien Household!!
It wasn't a hard kick, but it was definitely baby, and he got to feel it!
It was so nice to share that moment as a family! :)
He/She has been moving around quite a bit tonight... so, today was the "big day"
We are thanking God and continue to count our blessings each and every that this pregnancy is going so smoothly. So Far So Good! :)

Our Ultrasound!!
It was amazing! The little guy/girl was just moving around like crazy, and having a field day kicking my VERY FULL bladder.
The tech took pity on me after so long, and let me pee! lol.. she said that the baby wasn't giving me a break, so she would! haha... It was a great experience. BJ and I got to watch the whole thing on our own TV.. The technician kept refering to the baby as "your hyper baby" - which worried me a little bit. Those of you who knew BJ as a child (and sometimes even now as an adult) will understand why! haha...
The baby is measuring exactly where I thought it would be... well, minus one day, but that is close enough for me! :) lol.. He/She weighs 13 ounces, which means only 3 more and he/she will be an entire pound!!
I was nervous going into the appointment, but now I can't WAIT for my next one at UC Baby. The next ultrasound I will come back with pictures!
I would LOVE comments/suggestions for songs! Let me explain. When we go to UC Baby, they create DVD of our session - and they put it to background music. You are allowed ot provide the music... so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to everyone for the well wishes!

Week 19
First of all, it seems totally crazy to me that NEXT Friday I will be halfway through with my pregnancy. Time is certainly flying.
Well, as many of you know, I have been waiting and waiting to feel this little one. Thursday night when I was in bed and almost asleep I could have SWORN that I felt a kick. A pretty strong kick at that. So, of course, since I was half asleep and sort of disoriented, I spend the rest of the night wide awake and READY for this little one to kick me again - didn't happen.
When I woke up Friday morning (I did eventually go to sleep), I convinced myself that I was just half asleep, and I had been thinking about the baby kick just before I went to sleep, so I had probably imagined the movements.
Well, there I was, Friday morning, teaching a lesson on paragraph's to the grade 4's... and I feel "poke, poke, poke" - it was totally baby because it was unlike anything I have ever felt before.
So, week 19 started off great. Since, I have felt "gentle movements", but nothing too major. I am hoping within the next two weeks I can really start to feel him/her daily and know that everything is going well.
BJ has been wonderful, as usual and I am feeling great! I am so lucky to have had such an "easy" pregnancy. I hope that everything continues down that road.
Ceili Allison Chapman was born on May 1st. She is a beauty! Can't wait to meet her! Christine and Mike are going to make great parents! And Ceili and this bean are going to be great friends- they have no choice in the matter! hehe...
Well, that's all for now.
